 Originally from Canada, Ann Nortmann chose Miami to be her home in 2003. Her move was impeccably timed to experience the evolution of Miami from a great destination to one of the most exciting places to live in the world. Without question the Miami Real Estate market has been exciting and Ann has participated in the highs and the lows. Because of this experience, Ann has developed a vast knowledge of both the residential and commercial real estate market in South Florida. A graduate of Ryerson University in Toronto, Ann earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Finance and worked on product management and new product development in the Banking industry prior to her real estate career. Once she obtained her broker’s license, Ann focused on residential sales, in particular the extraordinary supply of new luxury residences in Miami and Miami Beach. With the decline of the residential sector in 2007, Ann broadened her scope to include commercial transactions and project sales, where she has been able to capitalize on her analytical and marketing skills to bring proven results and a combined total of over $80MM of gross sales. Ann is a hard worker, dedicated to making the best deal possible for all of her customers. The goal is win/win for her clients or no deal! At Majestic Properties (2003-2010), Ann ranked within the Top Five Producers of the year in 2005 and earned a position within Top Ten Producers of the Quarter in Q1, Q2, and Q4 in 2006. In order to better service her clients, Ann transitioned to Keller Williams Miami Beach in 2010. This decision allows her clients to take advantage of Keller Williams dominant local market presence and 75,000 agent national reach.

 Born in Miami, Tracie has called New York her primary home since 1996, when she graduated from the University of Florida with degrees in Finance and English. Prior to commencing her career in real estate in 2003, Tracie worked as a consulting manager in Accenture's Capital Markets Group for seven years, advising senior executives on their company strategic initiatives, new business ventures and global communications efforts. A homeowner in both Manhattan and Miami Beach, Tracie has sold over $140MM worth of real estate in both cities over the past 7 yrs. She specializes in the Setai, Continuum and Il Villaggio buildings in South Beach, although she is familiar with properties in Downtown Miami and Mid to North Beach. She is a licensed broker in both NY, where she works with Citi Habitats, and FL, where she is an agent with Keller Williams Miami Beach, and counts it a blessing to split her time between the two metropolises she loves so much. Tracie was named the #1 sales agent out of some 700 Citi Habitats realtors in 2009 and 2010, as well as one of the company's top 5 producers for the past five years. When not hard at work, Tracie enjoys traveling, running, writing, cooking, golfing, practicing her Spanish and attempting to learn French and Italian.
